Please follow these steps to complete the admission process.
Step 1 – REQUEST ADMISSION INFORMATION
Fill out our Online Inquiry Form to request information, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office at 818-835-4962. We will then contact you.
Step 2 – CONNECT
The best way to get to know STARS Academy is to connect with us. Feel free to peruse our website for highlights from the year. Please also be sure to attend an Open House or schedule a tour for more valuable opportunities to connect with Students, Parents, and School Leadership.
Step 3 – APPLY ONLINE
Visit our TADS portal for admissions and complete the online application.
Step 4 – SUBMIT ALL NECESSARY FORMS AND TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORMS TO CURRENT SCHOOL
All forms are available in your child's Admissions Progress.
Step 5 – ATTEND YOUR INTERVIEW
Upon receipt of your completed application, our Admissions Department will contact you to schedule your student’s interview with an Admissions Officer. Parents/guardians participate in the second half of the interview. We encourage both parents/guardians to join us for this important part of the admissions process. The decision as to if the interviews will be done in person or via zoom will be made as we get closer to the dates and based on the state of the pandemic in Los Angeles at that time.

March 1, 2022 - Application Deadline for Returning Students
May 30, 2022 - Application Deadline for Tuition Assistance
May 30, 2022 - Deadline for Submitting Supplemental Application Materials
May 30, 2022 - Returning Student Enrollment Contract Due with Non-Refundable and Supplemental Fees
June 2, 2022 Application Deadline for New Students
June 16, 2022 - Deadline for Submitting Supplemental Application Materials
June 30, 2022 - Admissions Decisions Released via Email
July 15, 2022 - New Student Enrollment Contract Due with Non-Refundable and Supplemental Fees
Admission is based on spaces available as well as a review of the student's application.
We will have a waiting list.
Applications received on time will be given priority to the spaces available.
Tuition Assistance will be given on a first come, first served basis. The earlier that you apply, the better the chances you have of receiving some financial assistance.
We will accept late applications if spots are not filled.
*There is a one time fee per household based on how payments are setup.
If you make 1-2 installments, it is a $20 one-time fee.
If you make 3+ installments, it is a $55 one-time fee.
*All credit card transactions will include a 3% service fee.
*All ACH transactions will include a .03% service fee.
STARS Academy offers various payment plans through TADS. Payments are due as follows.
Payment in Full: All remaining fees and tuition are paid in full on September 1st.
Two Payment Plan: All remaining fees and tuition are split with due dates on September 1st and January 1st.
Quarter Payment Plan: All fees and tuition are split with due dates on September 1st, November 1st, January 1st, and March 1st.
Monthly Payment Plan: The school bills in eight equal installments, with payments due the first of each month beginning September through April.
